Introduction

Locations may be distinct hiring sites or entirely unique brands owned by a larger parent corporation. Able offers several configuration fields for describing locations associated with your organization This include Location Name, used for describing the location in WFM; Legal Name for placement on signing on employee edocs;  and URL Code for branding the location with candidate experience URL.


In some scenarios, none of these fields can be used for accurately referring to the brand with which a Candidate is interacting in emails and text messages sent by Able.


We are introducing the Location Brand Name field to help customers control the name of the organization shown in these communications. 


Administrative Experience

Location Brand Name can now be configured by following the configuration instructions. 

  • Navigate to the Locations administration view under Configuration > Settings > Locations
  • Select the Location you wish to administer
  • Scroll down until you see the Brand Name field
  • Set a Brand Name that most accurately reflects the brand with which Candidates are interacting

Candidate Experience

Email Notifications

When a Brand Name is configured, Candidates will see that name in email correspondence automatically sent by Able. If a Brand Name is not configured, the name of your primary Company will be used instead.

 


Text Message Notifications

When a Brand Name is configured, Candidates will see that name in text message correspondence automatically sent by Able. If a brand name is not configured, the name of your primary Company will be used instead.
