How To Invite a New User to WFM

Steps

  1. Sign in to WFM as User with an Administrator role
  2. Click Configuration to open the settings navigation menu, then click Settings
  3. Click Users
  4. From top of the User Management view, click Invite a User
  5. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to invite 
  6. Assign a Role for the user by selecting from the User Types list
  7. If applicable, select a Location to which the User is bound; if the user has access to all Locations, select your company name
  8. If applicable, assign an External ID to the user. This is the ID of the user in an ATS like Bullhorn.
  9. Click Send Invite


How To resend a WFM User Invite

Steps

  1. Sign in to WFM as a User with an Administrator role
  2. Click Configuration to open the settings navigation menu, then click Settings
  3. Click Users
  4. Locate the user to whom an invite must be resent. Users with invitations that have not been accepted will be indicated by an Invite Pending label
  5. Click Resend to resend the invite email


How To Accept a WFM User Invitation

After you've received your Able user account activation email, you'll be prompted to activate your account and set your account password. 



Steps

  1. From the 'Activate your Able user account for <company name>' email, press activate your account
  2. You'll now be prompted to provide additional information for your account; enter your First Name, Last Name, and Job Title
  3. Set your password, which must meet the password requirements (described below)
    • The Submit button will remain disabled until the password requirements are met
  4. Press Submit to create your account
  5. Log in using your newly created account


Password Requirements

When creating a new WFM User account, the following password requirements must be met. These requirements are applied system-wide, and cannot be modified on a per-tenant basis.

  • Must be at least 8 characters
  • Must contain any three of the following characters:
    • Lower Case letters (a-z)
    • Upper Case letters (A-Z)
    • Numbers (0-9)
    • Special Characters (!@#-%^~&*)
